When bread meets Thai food, familiar flavors take on a fun new form. This recipe brings the classic elements of Pad Thai onto crisp toasted sprouted rice multigrain bread, brushed with Pad Thai butter and topped with shrimp, tofu, bean sprouts, Chinese chives, and shredded egg. Roasted peanuts, finely diced lime, and chili flakes complete the familiar sweet, sour, salty, and spicy flavors in a bite-sized toast.
